Tell us the occasion, the date, and the table. We match from the co-op's working chefs and send profiles within 48 hours — the chef's details stay private until the introduction is made.

The TVK Chef Co-op is a professional cooperative: $5/month, member workshops, the Farm-to-Chef Certification pathway, and first sight of new openings — Houston first, with retreat work in Mexico.

Apply or send a brief
Chefs apply once — one profile, every board. Employers send one short brief — no account needed first.
We review by hand
A person reads every application and every brief. Chefs are reviewed within 24–48 hours; employers get matched profiles within 48 hours.
The introduction is made
Contact details are exchanged only when both sides say yes. Nobody is listed, pitched, or booked without their recorded consent.
Farm-to-Chef Certification, workshops, stages.
The education side of this platform is for working chefs: the Farm-to-Chef Certification led by Siobhan McCoy, members-only co-op workshops, international stages, and residencies.
Built by practitioners, for practitioners.
Travel Villa Kitchen is run by working chefs and service professionals in Houston, Texas — the co-op, the boards, and the matching are all worked by hand, by people in the trade.
