Farm-to-Chef Certification
The house certification pathway for chefs who cook from the farm up: sourcing and seasonality, farm partnerships, demo and teaching craft, and the business of farm-to-table work. Led by Siobhan McCoy, co-founder of Travel Villa Kitchen. Co-op dues count toward the pathway, and members enroll first.

Working sessions for co-op members — menu costing, private-chef practice building, demo technique, and service craft — taught by practitioners, in the room with peers.
International stages & residencies
Stage and residency placements for members ready to cook in a new kitchen culture — including the Mexico retreat corridor we work with our partners.
