What we collect

When you send a form on this site — a Chef Co-op application, a hire-a-chef brief, a membership, vendor, education, booking, or contact submission — we store what you typed: your name, contact details, and the substance of your request. That is the whole of it; this site does not sell data, run third-party advertising trackers, or build profiles for anyone else.

How it's used

Your submission is used to answer it: review your application, match your brief, enroll you, or reply to your message. Chef contact details (email, phone) are never published and never given to an employer — introductions happen through us, and only with the chef's recorded consent. A chef profile appears publicly only when the chef has consented to be listed, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by email.

Who sees it

The Travel Villa Kitchen team at VK Capital Ventures Inc. Form data is stored in our database and processed over our own email rails for confirmations and follow-up.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed: contactus@vkculinary.tech. Removal requests are honored, including full deletion of a chef profile and its application record.
